The Restaurant Partners Program
Romanesque Catering has “Partnered” with numerous established local restaurants to provide the food that Romanesque Catering serves with grace and efficiency. The list of Restaurant Partners continues to expand. If your Event requires an ethnic menu, chances are we have a restaurant partner that specializes in that cuisine.
However, should you have a favorite restaurant that is not on our list and would like their food for your event, Romanesque Catering will be happy to meet with them to discuss how our “Restaurant Partners Program”, works.
The Restaurant Partners Program also offers a wider range of pricing. If you are on a tight budget, dinners are offered at a low price of $12 to $16 per person. There is a vast option of outstanding dinners offered between $16 to $25 per person and more extensive options are available from $25 to $55 per person. All are served with the same Romanesque Catering flair and elegance.
So how does Our Program Work?
You decide on a restaurant.
- You work with them to create a menu for your wedding or event.
- You pay them directly. Romanesque Catering does not receive, nor do we ask for any percentage of the sales.
- At this point you send Romanesque Catering the contact information of the restaurant, then your job is done.
- We will then reach out to the restaurant to work out wedding day logistics. This will entail Romanesque Catering dropping off hot boxes and pans if needed. The restaurant will then work out details of dropping off the finished product at the wedding site, where our chefs will verify food temperatures and accept the responsibility for the food.
- If the restaurant wishes to have a representative on site to see how their food will be handled, we welcome that.
- From this point on, it is the responsibility of Romanesque Catering to make sure that all food temperatures and serving options are handled at the most professional level.
- Please remember to include yourselves in your final counts. (You’d be surprised at just how many people do forget). Also remember your vendors in your food count.
That’s it. It is as easy as that.
Please Note: There is an Additional $150.00 charge if we must pick the food up for you.
Alcoholic Beverages
We are about the only cater that allows our clients to provide their own alcohol.
Though you can bring in your own alcohol from any source you wish, we “highly” recommend you consider the program offered by “The Bottle Shop” in Sierra Madre. They deliver your order…then come back after your event and pick up what was not opened, credit you that and bill you for only what was used. Any partial bottles Romanesque Catering will box up for you to take.
Your average budget for a “full” bar is usually between $13 to $25 per person. (It can be more depending upon the brands of alcohol you order).
If you are not sure on what to order for the bar, here are a few ideas:

Tequila – Cazadores, Patron, Hornitos, Sauza
Scotch – J & B, Dewar’s, Cutty Sark
Whiskey – Jack Daniels, Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam, Canadian Club
Romanesque Catering Supplies all Mixers, Sodas, and Juices.
If you wish to have wine as table side service during your dinner hour, please remember to order an extra case of red and white wine for this. You may not use it all but if you do not bring extra, you will run out at the bar before the night is over. Also know that there will be an additional charge for the wine glasses needed at the tables.

Please note that if you do not see your favorite restaurant on our list, it does not mean that we will not work with them. As long as they follow our restaurant partnership guidelines, we will work with anyone. “Important, they must deliver”. If we must make arrangements to pick up for you, there is a $150.00 charge, and we will go no further than a 15-mile radius of the Castle Green. Please understand that even though we are trying to help you with your budget, we must put food safety at the highest priority. Having a family member pick the food up and deliver it to us 2 to 3 hours early is just not acceptable. If the restaurant wants your business, they will find a way to deliver it or simply decline it. I have now added 30-inch round, ½ inch thick glass Lazy Susan’s for family style dinning. There is no extra charge to use them.
